Hello everyone. This is a blog about everything and anything to do with the trends in design, style, fashion, shopping, designers, models, runway shows, photography, glamour, nightlife, events, etc. with a special focus on South Asian & Eastern (hence the “east” in “TheFashioneasta”) talent and influences through out the world

What makes me think I can talk about Fashion?

I have no idea. I guess I just like to voice my opinion on many things and fashion is one of them. I don’t know if I OR others would consider me “fashionable” in the stereotypical sense, since I don’t really wear any of the uber expensive brands or designers. However I happen to enjoy observing and absorbing creativity and fashion happens to be a form of expression which I take pleasure in analyzing.

I do have a background/experience in modeling, acting, make-up/styling, graphic design, organizing fashion events, coordinating photoshoots, etc.

I am South Asian ( born in Pakistan) but mostly brought up in the US so I have been lucky enough to have exposure from two very different cultures which I think gives me a unique and global perspective on fashion.

I happen to be a somehwat opinionated person at times so parts of content may be offensive to some of you, enthralling to others, and then maybe even absolutely boring for … well.. the boring people.

This is my attempt to compile and share with you what I consider interesting.
